PASTOR STEVE IS THE RESIDENT PASTOR OF TFI GATEWAY CHURCH WHICH MEETS AT 11AM SUNDAY'S AT GATEWAY MALL, CINEMA 2, CUBAO, METRO MANILA, PHILIPPINES. STEVE IS ALSO THE CHAPLAIN FOR THE TABERNACLE OF FAITH CHRISTIAN ACADEMY LOCATED AT 151 J. RUIZ STREET IN SAN JUAN, METRO MANILA, PHILIPPINES.

Pastor Steve is a Missionary, serving as an Itinerant Evangelist, Pastor at TFI Gateway and Chaplain at TFCA relying on raised support from speaking engagements and partners. son of missionaries Everett and Evelyn McKinney, the husband of Joy McKinney (daughter of Bishop Ray Llarena) and father of Chad & Devin (living in Chicago), and Ethan (9).  Was formerly a full time evangelist based in Seattle, Cebu City (Philippines) and Singapore. Have been a Pastor at Harvest Christian Center Chicago and Pastor of ICCJ/ICWS in Jakarta (Indonesia). Currently a Pastor at the Tabernacle of Faith International group of Churches in Manila, Philippines.
